Making your booking
We accept bookings for Les Saules by telephone, e-mail or post. It's
usually best to ring and confirm availability, so you can make an
immediate verbal reservation, but email will do just as well. On
verbally agreeing a booking, we'll ask
you to complete a booking form (down-loadable below) and to send us a
rental deposit of 25% of the cost of your stay in order to secure your
booking. We'll hold your verbal reservation for five days to allow time
for your written confirmation to reach us.
We then ask you to pay the balance no later than eight weeks before
your arrival date.
We also ask for a security deposit of £250 against damage (or leaving
the house in an unacceptable condition). This is payable with the final
balance and will be returned one week after your departure, less any
deductions due.
Payment
We accept payment by electronic bank transfer in sterling or in euro
equivalent or sterling or euro bank cheques. We also accept
cheque-vacances, but with an additional 1% administration fee.
Other practicalities:
• The house will be cleaned thoroughly before and after your stay. We
will clean and service the pool once a week. You are responsible for
cleaning / washing up and laundry during your stay although we can
provide a midweek cleaning service for an additional charge.
• We can provide a babysitting service for an additional charge (min 2
hours)
• We can provice a shopping service or a meal service for an additional
charge (if you are arriving late and unable to stock up on supplies.
• We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance
