Please note

We will not accept formal
bookings for Les Saules without a completed and signed booking form.
We will hold a verbal reservation for 5 days.

Prices are quoted in £ sterling per week.

The number of people should be
confirmed when the final payment is made and should not exceed the
number booked and paid for. Failure to notify us of the correct number
of people staying in the house may result in cancellation of your
booking and the loss of all the money paid.

We are happy to quote rates for
fewer people / shorter stays (minimum 2 nights) out of high season.
We will also consider long term letting at reduced rates.

A non refundable booking deposit
of 25% is required at the time of booking. The final
payment is due 8 weeks before the rental is due to commence.

A refundable security deposit of £250 is required and payable with the final balance payment.

Guests should ensure they have a comprehensive travel insurance policy, including cancellation cover.

Prices include electricity, gas, final cleaning, bed linen and tea towels. Hand, bath and swimming towels
can be supplied at an additional cost of £5 per person.

Guests are required to bring their towels for the removal of hair colourants or self-tanning lotions.
