Please note

We will not accept formal
bookings for Les Saules without a completed and signed booking form.
We will hold a verbal reservation for 5 days.

Prices
are quoted in £ sterling per week for the gite (but we will accept
euros at current exchange rates), and by the night in euros for the
Chambres d'hôtes.

The number of people should be
confirmed when the final payment is made and should not exceed the
number booked and paid for. Failure to notify us of the correct number
of people staying in the house may result in cancellation of your
booking and the loss of all the money paid.

A non refundable booking deposit
of 25% is required at the time of booking. If you are booking the gite, the final
payment is due 8 weeks before the rental is due to commence. For the Chambres d'hôtes, the balance is payable on arrival.

A refundable security deposit of £250 is required for the gite and payable with the balance of payment.

Guests should ensure they have a comprehensive travel insurance policy, including cancellation cover.

Prices
include electricity, gas,
final cleaning (provided the property is left in the same state of
cleanliness as repair as you found it), bed linen and tea towels. Hand,
bath and swimming towels can be supplied at an additional cost of
£8 per person per week. Towels are included in our B&B rates.

Guests are required to bring their towels for the removal of hair colourants or self-tanning lotions.

If you are renting the gite, we
can provide a maid, child minding or shopping service at an additional
cost (12 euros an hour, minimum 2 hours).
